I don't recall him ever saying anything about the left lane. I agree with Bypass though, Georgia has a serious speeding problem which they are not interested in addressing because it generates revenue. Most states will give you 5 over and 10 over will land you an expensive ticket. Most states will cite you for 6 over.

In Georgia 25 over is a 4 point violation and a super speeder fine. In New Mexico 25 over is loss of license for a year and 3 months in the pokey.


I hate Georgia drivers.

I don't drive over the speed limit and I only drive under the speed limit while getting up to speed. I don't talk on cell phones and I don't have conversations with passengers while driving either. I don't do anything that would distract me while driving. You keep acting like the rules don't apply to you and you can look back at this thread and realize I told you that you were going to get someone killed.

How can you watch the road if you are constantly watching the speedometer to insure that you never vary from the posted speed limit?

What about cops that drive over the speed limit, they do it all the time. And I don't mean when there under code. Should they be included in the ridiculous rant ?

It's ok, cops are way better drivers that the average citizen, if you don't believe me just ask a body shop.

You mean that you've never told the passenger, "here hold my beer and watch this"?

Sometimes I've had the passenger steer so I could shoot, or get the passenger to change gears so you don't have to put your beer down.

Under is fine over is not. Under wouldn't be an issue except for the assholes driving 90 in a 70.

Drive whatever speed makes you most comfortable--in the right lane.

Driving substantially slower than the majority of the vehicles around you is a great way to cause a wreck, potentially killing someones child.
