Back in November I got a speeding ticket on 185 South on my way to the hunting camp. It was 11pm and I did not realize I was going so fast until I saw the trooper. My new truck rides so smooth it feels like I'm going 50 when I'm going 80...The trooper was a very nice guy and dropped it by 10mph. My ticket cost me $36...First ticket I've had in over 15 years. Hopefully it will be my last ticket.

i got a super speeder on 400, 86 in a 55 due to a construction(construction zone) barrel at the point of radar, i was stopped by alphareta s finest and it was the quickest ticket i ever got on the side of the road 5 min max. cost 612$ got the points dropped by the DA in lieu of giving them the money(sham)

Holy Crap! never heard of a ticket that cheap, my lowest ever was on Ft. Stewart many years ago and was $50 and no points

Me either. 10mph over the limit, $36...Harris County probate court. I was fully expecting to pay $150 at a minimum, and could not believe it when I called...I certainly did not complain! First time I ever thanked the court when I paid a ticket.

Gotta look at speeding tickets like it's a small fee to pay to be able to drive faster than everyone else, that's all

It doesn't pay to be an asshole to the officers, that's for sure. I was speeding. I knew it, he knew it, why get mad at him? It was my fault. He was very nice and even told me he didn't want to give me a ticket but he had to because he had already called it in. I told him it was his job and I fully expected a ticket. It couldn't be easy to be an officer knowing 9 out of 10 people are going to give you a hard time.
