I can just about guarantee that’s a case number from when an LE agency seized that as evidence. Possible that is case #145483 from 2000 (hence the “00” prefix). That’s how my old PD’s case numbers were done, and that’s fairly common.

Off the top of my head it was 89-91 era but I don't have my book near me to verify.
Most likely a Georgia DOC trade in. I bought one just like it at AO Smyrna a couple of years ago. It has a similar number engraved on it.
