Snake in the Kitchen ID

I need a quick opinion on this baby snake I found in my Kitchen!
I think it is/was a water or rat snake but wanted others to confirm.

Well it looks like dead sneak now... but I think it used to be a gray rat snake.. if not it’s a non venomous one for sure
