Snake... What is it? Good or Bad?

Most larger snakes are "good snakes" and will help control the rodent population. Or as in this case they will eat other snakes including the "bad" ones.

Definitely a black rat snake. 100% beneficial and harmless.

It's beneficial, but it's not a snake eater. Rat snakes are mostly bird, small mammal, and egg eaters. Anything that eats chipmunks is ok by me.
