Snowpocalypse 2022 - what’s happening so far?

We've got about 1" of coverage on the ground here in Hartwell. Alternating between sleet and flurries. Windy.

Opened the door to the chicken coop this morning. The chickens normally spill out of the door like kids heading for recess. This morning, they looked out, said "no way" and about faced back to their roosts.

Fireplace is going. Wife is making wedding soup. Outside chores are cancelled. I'm browsing ODT on Sunday afternoon. It's a lovely, lovely day.

Wetish snow started coming down about 15 minutes ago in Dahlonega. About a 1" to 1.5" accumulation so far.

It might snow a bit here by Marietta. Most likely just ice. Temp will drop then raise and drop again all with rain. Gonna be ice around here.
