No county has a monopoly on dumbass "assistance" operators. A buddy and I were driving down a road in a 55 mph zone when I passed a cow on the side of the road. Not behind a fence but on the shoulder. Any idea what hitting a cow at 55 will do for ya? So I called 911 on the celphone(not having the administrative number on speed dial) and informed the lady of it and suggested that someone come out to check on it before the cow and a driver both got road killed. Her only question? What color is the cow?
WTF! Who cares what color it is...will the cops not be able to recognize a cow if they don't know what color to look for? Or is that a race thing?
Ever try to report anything using Paulding.gov? Total fail on the mail delivery system. Call the Ranger's office? Same deal as with animal control. 770-443-3010 is the number to call for non emergency anything. The Sheriff's office gets it done and they'll send a deputy out to about anything. If we ain't got anything else out here we got a pretty sound Sheriff's dept.

LOL . . . your expertise amazes me. You do realize that counties typically have a list of "owners" and that sometimes several different owners may live in the same area. <GASP> imagine that . . . Your 911 operator was not asking that question for her amusement, to give a lookout, or simply to have you post stupid comments. The first thing that will happen is a deputy/officer will be dispatched to the area. Most patrol cars aren't equipped with cattle herding equipment so the next thing will be to find the correct owner. When she looks up the road you're on and finds the list of owner(s) and starts calling to identify the correct one . . . oh guess what . . . one of the first question they are going to ask is, "What color is it?" Why?? Because Owner #1 (Billy) may only own Black Angus which are ..... BLACK. Owner #2 (John) may only own Jersey . . . which are BROWN. Owner #3 (Joe) may only own Holsteins . . . which are BLACK AND WHITE. Billy doesn't want Joe's cows and John doesn't want Billy's cows . . . . etc . . . come on now . . . not everyone is out to ask you stupid questions . . . think a little . . .

Retarded is retarded no matter what the job title.
Nooooo. There is no legitimate reason to critique law enforcement. Except of course if they finish too quick. Some just want to savor the flavor.Good point . . . not sure how you're not understanding how the process works. Oh well . . .
. . . and for the record, I fully support "bashing". . . of any job and of any person. Everyone makes mistakes, some worse than others, . . . and some deserve to be called out on it. Just bash the right people for a legitimate reason . . .
