Romanian PSL or Russian Dragunov for semi auto fun !
Leaning towards PSL but that 1895 sounds interesting.
That lever gun would be fun however you could only use it while on horseback so it may end up costing you more in the long run.
Dang, I must be getting old - completely forgot about the PSL and I HAVE one. 
I will say my 23" VEPR is a gajillion times more accurate than my PSL. Has a heavier barrel and doesn't start stringin' 'em like the PSL.

If you have the cash for something better you will be disappointed shelling out over $2k for a PSL. Look for a Vepr in 54r, or spring for a Tigr/SVD or one of the Hungarian FEG18
