Is this more to your liking? PSA Marauder on the same lower. Then switched back and forth. The Marauder will need some type of optic since there's no way to mount a front sight.

Okay well you are entitled to whatever your opinion may be on this subject and any others. I have owned two other BCA side chargers with zero issues. Not saying that they would withstand the 5K round torture test but I can't afford to find that out anyway.
I assembled this project with the intent of going with a different upper in the not too distant. Most likely an 8" or 8.5" barrel and slick side upper. This **** was all for fun. I believe I said in the original post something about "****s and giggles". So maybe you were taking it too seriously. Plus I ain't claiming to be a spokesman for BCA. Their reviews are all over the map as far as quality. So I'm neither defending them or trashing them. Point here was that this is what I bought and what I have. It met the criteria for what I needed/wanted at the time.
So don't hate...
