So, supper tonight…

…Was what we call “killer salad”.
every once in a while you need a colon cleanser, this is ours.

grab a couple of serving size bowls

split a bag of lettuce mix between them
add the following, chopped or shredded
carrot
radish
cucumber
broccoli
cauliflower
hard boiled egg
cheese (sharp cheddar tonight)
5 oz can of ham or chicken (our choice tonight)
salt, pepper, ranch dressing

and plan on chewing for 30 minutes straight.

Wife and I do this about once a week. We use tuna or chicken. Also, chop you up some beets and avacado as well.
