I absolutely hate what this woman did, but what I find astonishing is that their is no great fulness to the Constitution that provides her the right to do so. I don't believe the act itself should be punishable by law (hear me out, I know it sounds crazy). I know she's stomping on the blood of Veterans to exercise this right, but that's the irony of the whole thing, it's the blood of those veterans that provides her the right to do so. However, she should be willing to take her lumps from public opinion, and the backlash that will ensue (ie, hard to find employment), with our rights, comes great responsibility, abuse your rights and there are consequences. I believe we should honor our veterans and never disrespect them in such a way, however, I do not feel such a deplorable act should then be made illegal, that would be detrimental in the future through the practice of statism (Extremely dangerous). I believe such individuals should be shamed however, unless our country reaches a state where such an act would be honorable. Think about it, people worshipped and spoke highly of the nazis as they committed genocide. Those loyal to the throne of England praised their government throughout the revolution. However, an act of civil rebellion (though it would have cost you your life) would have been an appropriate one. Don't hate me, just playing a little devils advocate.

That being said, I think she's a hoodrat piece of crap, and wish she would take up residence elsewhere.
