Tried this, not as good as the French toast looks, but low in fat, high in fiber and protein and pretty edible.if were going breakfast then generally fry up some french toast as well. also had this chia seed pudding crap at a resturant a couple months back and has become my new breakfast staple, little weird but stupid good and idiot proof easy, basically mix chia seeds and cocount milk throw that **** in the fridge for 30mins then throw granola and fruit on top
