My wife makes me a from scratch lattice top apple pie, either for Thanksgiving or Christmas. This year is Christmas since she made me a from scratch punkin pie for Thanksgiving.

Scratch is an amazing food.
Cooks use it to make:
Pumpkin pie
Apple pie
Chocolate cake
Lemon squares
Coconut macarons
Gingerbread people
etc.
