I never knew you didn't get elected. I'm not much into politics. I figured you were just busy with both. But glad you got everything sorted out and got a fresh start.

I didn't get elected but I did achieve what I had set out to do. I played a major hand in getting a horrible woman out and fully supported the man that took her seat. So I did win, got what I wanted and don't have to show up.

Yeah, don't hire a GC if you can avoid it. House costs about 40-50% less if you buy materials and hire contractors yourself. House I'm building I got quotes for up to 750k on. I'll have it built for less than 250. We are fortunate that we had an existing house here before we started on that one so we're not stressed out and homeless either.
