At 12 years old, and for sure 16, if they were paying attention in the free school that's provided for them, they would have also know that exhaust fumes will kill you grave yard dead.

See I blame it more on the parents. If you're going to let your kid live in your basement in perpetuity, you need to set some ground rules. And internet restrictions are a great place to start.
