The knife is a Camillus 5684MK, Marine Combat Knife. I believe it was made around 2003. It's the same as the knife Camillus was selling the government, just the commercial model.
Don't know if it came with the upper edge sharpened or if a previous owner did it. Either way, it's as sharp as the primary edge.
Bought it from a guy in Kennesaw a few years ago. Not sure if he listed it on ODT or CL. I paid $25, because he didn't know who or where it was manufactured. Took a lot of research, but figured out what it was. Made in the USA.
