My issue with the 'cheap' Chinese crap is the quality, reliability, and durability. Yes, a lot of stuff is made in China, but the higher end stuff is generally a better quality. Many times the cheap stuff, though it looks similar, is made of lower quality materials. This may be a bad example, but I used to wonder why anyone would spend $100+ on a pair of pants, when you can buy the same thing, just with a different name, for a much lower price. Until I bought my first $150 pair of pants, and it is like night and day.
