Been wanting one for awhile and the in laws hooked me up with one can't wait to do some thick cut steaks with it

Had a friend that would Sous Vide Salmon in cryovac bags. Perfect, so moist.hmmmm. His wife would do this caper sauce thing to dribble on top. Too good

Done a quick cook tonight done some salmon 145 degrees for about 20min then pan seared
