Wife`s phone has same problem. Started right after using FB Marketplace.

I just gave up answering the damn phone anymore. Unless it's someone in my contact list I let it ring.

That's it right there.......My Wife hates I don't answer the phone. She thinks it always has to be answered, NOPE. I tell her I have people, she hates that........

We haven't had a land line in over a decade. I never answer any call I don't recognize on my cell phone, if they don't leave a message I block them

I called my provider and asked them to shut my messages option off. You can't leave me a message.

I just never set up voice mail, so no one can leave a message
