It pisses off the wife but I always tell them their mother must be so disappointed that they are a POS telemarketer.

and when the few say "no she's not" I say she must not have expected much from you. then I hang up

Not been as much of a problem since we disconnected the land line.
Usually when I get a call on the cell from an unknown number, I answer with my best imitation of an Indian (Asian) accent..." hello, who is calling, please"... get a lot of hangups.
If they continue, I will keep them on the line as long as possible with stupid questions or responses 'til they realize they're being played, curse me, and hang up. How rude of them.

Most are robo calls, but one was a Medicare salesperson that said she understood my wife was about to turn 65. I said that was funny as she is about to turn 80.

80 is the new 65......... Try to sell that to the wife.......I get mail over at my Dad's place. I guess they figure he couldn't still be alive.....

Anyone else getting a ridiculous amount of spam calls? I get a least 12 to 20 every day on our land line. On do not call list,but they just keep coming. Leave it off the hook for hours and they start right back up when I put it back on the hook.

Don't ever see how much your home is worth on line, I made that mistake now Real Estate agents are driving me crazy.

Everytime I got thise calls I say this is a Whore house we offer girls and Black Richard depending on what they want and they hang up

I only have an iPhone. I have silence unknown callers switched on.

My voicemail says “unknown callers go directly to voicemail. Leave a message or send me a text.”

I get hundreds of missed calls. I don’t care
