No self respecting franchise owner would ever hire FatAlbert to work in their store. Have you seen how big that boy is? He'd eat all the profits. When you work your shift at McDonald's, I bet you get a free meal too. Don't hate the playa...playa.

Might be the same one that wanted to chastise me for using my horn in a work zone where he was standing in.
The van in front of me slammed on his brakes and abruptly turned right. He was yelling there was no reason to blow the horn and I politely told him to do his job since there were no brake or turn signals.
Yeah the cop doesn't have to be at the arraignment, but something like this the judge is not gonna want to take to court. So if you plead not guilty he'll likely try to get you to wave your rights to trial and let him hear your case right then and there. With no cop to witness against you the advantage is all yours. Usually the judge will do something in your favor because taking a speeding case to court is a big waste of time, but you have the right to demand a jury trial. That's leverage we should all use to combat these tickets for victimless crime. If we all went to court we'd floor the system and they would have to quit writing citations for petty ****.The cop won't be there on your first court date. If you plea not guilty, the cop will be there on your 2nd court date. You may be able to plea nolo and escape the points and pay the fine. I'm not an attorney. Just playing one on ODT
They count on that.Took the day off to go to court thinking the Officer would not show. Was I wrong, he was there. He did his job, I was speeding, doesn’t really matter what excuse you have. Judge listened to the facts. Case closed, guilty as charged. You can spend more money dealing with this than the ticket.
Got a speeding through construction zone ticket by Acworth revenue generators. On Saturday with no work going on. Been driving through there for twenty years and know they set there, but had gone to get my wife's prescriptions and some some stuff for me as I was extremely ill and was having a coughing attack and didn't slow in time. Made no difference to him, just more money. Do I suck it up and pay it or what.
I have to agree except for the Jury part.Yeah the cop doesn't have to be at the arraignment, but something like this the judge is not gonna want to take to court.
