These posts usually happen because the seller marks an item TPM or SPM and five days later it's still listed. Why not just mark it sold in the first place and get if off the listings?

I’ve seen it happen right after OP posts SPM.

Look up definitions of pending.

Yea if it’s sold mark it gone if it’s pending mark it SPM/TPM.

If I come to terms I just list it as sold and mark it gone. It’s just a button away to relist an item so why be so lazy? Unavailable is unavailable, regardless of what acronym you like to use.
