I currently own a xdm 40 and was thinking of getting an xds for concealed carrying, I have heard only the best things about the gun and how great it is which leads me to wonder ........ why there are so many floating around for sale on here? ,thanks

Simply because people like to trade. I've had several, traded them and currently have another as my primary concealed carry weapon. Very nice shooter and very easy carry (I use a Blackpoint Tactical holster for mine)!!

Same for me. I like to try new toys. I have my edc G19 but swap all of my other toys around. I've had 2 XDs 45's and had nothing but positive experiences with both. I shoot my guns, usually as soon as I get home with one. I do not own any "Never fired" guns so when i say mine were awesome, I don't just mean they looked pretty and carried well.
I had an XDs and had no problems with it......It is a handful of gun. Hurt my hand after firing 50+ rounds through it....(I might be a wuss but I decided to fire 45s in larger frame guns)
Yes as has been stated here, we love to buy,have,the latest thing in handguns and the XDs will not disappoint. I have owned several(3) and wouldn't mind having another, it is in my opinion a perfect carry gun. Avoid the allure of the 7 round mag,I put a pierce grip extension on mine and while it does not increase capacity,it does make the grip fit the hand perfectly(at least mine anyway) They are very accurate and a comfortable weapon to carry all day. Never had a malfunction with any of mine.
