Stained Glass Art Piece, Mallard Ducks in Flight

For the duck hunters amongst you, I found this today at wife's favorite local thrift store in Ft. Oglethorpe;
Stained glass art depicting mallard ducks in flight, mounted in a heavy, solid oak frame, 28” diameter.
Some artistic nature-loving craftsman put a lot of thought, care, and work into this.

If you look close, you can find a couple of cracks, minor ones... but you'd be hard pressed to see them standing at arms length.
