So does this require a 4473 and all that goes with a dealer sale, or is it person-to-person? There is a Dealer section if it requires a transfer.

It's actually a consignment sale. I'm the actual owner (not a dealer) and posted the thread while the handgun is in the dealer's display case for shoppers to look at. Going back and looking how the thread reads, I can see how it looks like a dealer post.. I apologize for the confusion
