The DOJ ruling also states that you can drop them off at your local ATF office. If I had one I'd do that and get a receipt and file a small claims against Whitaker(not really but it would be interesting).

Not much talk about though, I think all the

The Firearms Policy Foundation, Florida Carry, Inc. and Madison Society Foundation, Inc. lawsuit got a emergency stay in the DC District court. They got a clarifying order that the stay covered all of their members too.

Then today U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts rejects their bid to put hold on Trump administration ban on 'bump stock' gun attachments.

I believe GOA/VCDL lawsuit got denied a stay in their case out of the 6th Circuit Court, but immediately asked and are still waiting on a ruling from Justice Sotomayor about their emergency stay they asked for .

All these cases have been moving very quickly in the last couple days.
