It's gotta be a really rundown dump with a pile of split firewood and some smoke rising, selling BBQ before I'm gonna stop.
Theses folks just can't cook good BBQ using stainless steel and gas.

It can't be air conditioned either, there ain't nothing like a little brow sweat mixed in with the meat.

At the least, it should be in a old school bus..lol

Same goes for Mexican. If the chips and salsa are good, the food is almost always good. I've gotten up and left plenty of times after sampling the chips and salsa.
