Alert: "Attention Atlanta, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama area coin dealers, pawn shops, jewelry stores:

We had a robbery at Doug's coin in Homewood Alabama Sunday. Thieves broke
back window, reached in and stole 25 to 30 storage boxes full of tubed
mercury dimes, Roosevelts, Jefferson and buffalo nickels along with some clad
and silver quarter rolls. Rolls were marked on top with the date and MM. These
are the colored storage boxes that hold 50 rolls of dimes, etc. We were told
by the local police that this guy (Brent Edwards) was headed to Atlanta
earlier this week to sell the coins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The value of what he got was in the $75 to $100 thousand price range. Some
circ. rolls and some BU. Please contact Doug at 205-908-5045, Ethan at
205-822-4900 or the Homewood Alabama Police Dept."

Broke a window and reached in and stole 75-100 THOUSAND dollars worth of stuff? Why would anyone have that kind of valuable items anywhere near a window? Something smells wrong here.
