Hey everyone,

Wondering if yall have got any bids on retaining walls recently. I'm considering about a 40 foot, 4 foot high(no permit needed), stone wall(structural, not the garden type walls). Hoping to have a frame of reference on what is reasonable for north atlanta area. And if you've had one installed, and they did a good job, would love to know who you worked with.

Thank you

I’ll pm you a guy in Roswell.

Structural meaning load bearing?
I believe so, it's gotta be the type with the geo-grid and the larger blocks that get backfield with stone or sand. I'm no expert, just watched some YouTube videos to get an idea of the process. Something like these

Damn that's crazy expensive. I'm way off on this. $25k is not in my budget for a wall 😂
Yeah, there was a lot of build up on that wall and of course the patio work. It might be less expensive. Give Mauer a call you can tell him Shawn from Canton sent ya. Couldn't hurt to get a quote.
