getting a strange pop up on my iPad tonight. It seems to appear on every page load. It is just a shaded black box that floats over the bottom of the page with a small x to close it in the top left corner as seen here.

I tried pulling some page info on the popup, but am getting nothing. I can see it loading at the end of every page load as it takes longer than the rest of the page.
I am not noticing this anywhere else but on the ODT.
