Stripped AR Lower - Forged/Reputable Brand/Below $150

Good evening y'all.

I'm starting an AR-15 build and find myself in need of a stripped lower.

Slight problem: I'm under 21 years of age, and therefore cannot purchase a lower from a licensed dealer. (An aggravating and stupid law)
I've come to find that it is legal; however, to purchase a stripped lower from a private seller in a face-to-face sale.

I'm willing to drive 50 miles or so outside of my area (Carroll County) to meet.
My max price is $150 but I would prefer to spend less while still getting a quality receiver.

I ran into that same problem, I ended up taking my LPK to them and they assembled it for me and sold it as a complete rifle lower, yea it took the fun out of my build but I still got a lower at my price. Just a suggestion

I'll certainly consider that if I can't find a stripped lower in a reasonable timeframe. Thanks!

A complete lower is still a receiver and cannot be transferred to someone who is under 21.

Actually, yeah, that's right. I forgot about that, and I'd seen someone mention it somewhere else like AR15.com or something. Hopefully, I can find someone with a stripped lower somewhere. I've already got most of the parts for a lower besides the receiver, so I'd prefer not to buy anything I already have.
