Here you go. He usually will take $35 offer so you have $55 after shipping. Takes about a month to get here but are new old stock. You have to drill the hole for the screws. Very worth it. I have bought several and it matches the original handguards.

Here is a matching grip. Blond polytech half way down the page. They are out of stck but he gets them in regularly.http://tickbitesupply.com/akstk.html

I've found some in issued chinese type 56 stocks I would just like to get that one that's hard to find. I have seen some websites that have battlefield pickup furniture from various wars.

From a historical standpoint that's pretty cool. Don't think it could get cooler

I just got a hookup from a friend still working. Sending me some furniture sets of battlefield pickups in Croatia. Says they are from AKMs. Will the pistol grip install be easy? I've done stock and front furniture but never a pistol grip

Put 150 rounds through it and runs like a sewing machine. Ringing 8 inch plates at 225 with irons. Super sweet shooter. No wonder there is a cult following with these guns

I'm not sure if there is anything that could be different because you have the Thumbhole, I don't think there is, regular change out of the Pistol Grip is a snap. One screw and one metallic retaining plate type of doohickey inside the receiver. I've done it after drinking a pint of Knob Creek, how hard could it be.

That's what I like to hear! I'm thinking they are going to be pretty cool. I got 3 sets so I can pick which one I like best. I might put the rest up on here for some guys trying to do battlefield pick up guns
