stuffed bell peppers

I do almost the same thing!! I do roast my peppers on the grill and when close to black, take them off and peel the outer skin off. The only thing I will add to this is, I do love to cook bacon and break into small peaces. I add that to all the stuffing after it is blended.. You have a great recipe!
 
Works well.with zucchini and squash as well. I use ground venison though.
