Do I need a drivers license with an address that matches my current address to fill out a form 4473? I recently moved (last 4 weeks) and just haven't had a chance to go to the DMV. Do I need that to purchase from a store and complete the form?

Yes, if your license is out of state. I'm not sure about if it's just a move from within state. If so, I'd just fill it out with whatever address is on the license. It just gets filed in a box at the store forever anyway....supposedly.

Simple answer, yes.
If the address you write down doesn't match where you live, some stores will give you a hassle, and may decline the sale.
Happens a lot to college kids that live at a dorm for 8 months, and prevents them from buying while living on/near campus.
You are supposed to get your license updated after a move within 30 days anyways, so bite the bullet and get up to date info.
