Is there not a point and/or ability to sue lawmakers for infringement of the Constitution? This is a serious question. If so, someone or some people in power need to get to playing some offense instead of playing crappy defense or sitting on the sideline.

Only works if SCOTUS is not compromised. 
a lawsuit wont do anything even if you could find them at fault, any judgement will be bankrolled by whichever party told them to vote that way.
i actually wish those in leadership positions were genuinely afraid for their safety from the american people. the false flag event at the capital was BS and the show of crocodile tears after was painful kabuki theatre.
it would be nice to return to a world of real consequences for the so called elite
