Supporter status expiring soon

Just got two PMs telling me my supporter status is expiring soon. Is this an error? I became a supporter at the very start and the deal was then that it was supporter for life, not annually. I am assuming this is an error in the system. Anyone else?

Depends on which one you purchased.......I also have gotten reminders that my status was expiring soon.

Can be annually or longer.
