To me this is almost like fishing in a barrel. Some of these monster bucks have been fed by human hands. But I know there's land , lots of acreage in suburban areas also.

No doubt. Theres a large housing development in cartersville i hunted before, during development which had huge bucks. I guess whatever sells the viewership.
