Dept of Education now says it was an investigation into fraud.

Either way, how the heck can the Dept of Education issue a warrant?? They say they issue about 35 a year.

Truly disgusting. I hope that man makes a million dollars off the case and every one of those officers loses their badges. Although we all know that will never happen.
