On a recent trip to Alabama, it was an honor to drive by the governor's mansion and see it in person:

AL or TN.

TN no income taxes, if not in the big city decent property taxes.
AL cheaper incomes taxes, cheaper sales tax, 49th cheapest property tax!! A lot easier to get CCW in AL than in GA.

We will retire on 6/30/2026 and want to move to lake Eufaula. Now we will look mainly on the Alabama side. Cheaper property taxes too.

Yessir, and not just any house..... one of the double wide’s so if you and your significant other ever decide to separate you can move the halves 6’ apart and still be separate but equal!!!!
