Do Canadian Mounted Police have to provide their own horses?
The timing sucks for those of us that have planned for years to move out, now there is more demand for those affordable properties in the places we considered for retirement. The prices have gone up so fast, most are now out of our reach. If we had only moved 2 years ago....

Sell now, move there and rent. When the crash happens, buy. Gives you time to really look over the area.
Just over to Jasper and wish we had done it years ago.
We've been looking at NC, but I know Ashville is a Liberal hot bed. Worried about the balance of NC shifting. Any thoughts on NC?
