So, guns are allowed in that European country?

you gotta get tests and permits, but yes they are allowed

i dont mind the czech laws, granted i dont agree with it but it aint my country and if thats how they do it then whatever. they gotta take a written test and have some range time in front of a certified instructor before they can own a firearm
