Tankless water heater

Most tankless water heater manufacturers require the installer to be certified by them before installing. Check with whichever brand you are looking at getting and see who locally sells them

Please don’t go with eco smart tankless electric water heater… first one burst and caused damage to flooring a few years back, second one within 10 months started leaking and couldn’t be fixed and they wouldn’t honor their warranty due to us not calling and registering the heater with them(wasn’t aware we had to) and had receipts from when we bought it… about to be on #3 in 3 yrs.
Eco Smart SUCKS.

Rinnai is supposedly best in the business...filter select indoor/outdoor, gas/propane/elec, condensing/non, wifi,
