I have never owned a revolver before. Picked this up this 66, .357 with a package deal. What do you think its worth? I may keep it as a extra, does have a little surface rust but no pitting. I got a lot of it off with steel wool and vinegar.

If going to clean that up with an abrasive you might want to think about polishing it to a mirror finish.
That would add a lot of appeal to the gun and you might decide it's beautiful enough to keep after that!

I don't know the details about how to do this but I think it involves a polishing paste or rubbing compound --not steel wool.

I had the same model only blued and great condition. Sold it 8-10 years ago for $300ish I think. In that condition, I would think $250-300 as well. Just an opinion. Mine was a great shooter too!
