Temple, Ga gun law question.

What do you mean city or County? I know it's Paulding County but it's a temple address

OK makes sense so I go by the county law which is the 50 yard from public road and 100 yards from a structure. Where can I find this at, and I appreciate everyone's help.

Paulding deputies have been to my house and never said a thing about the 100 yd from a neighbor`s house deal,just the state code of 50 yds from the road.BTW,LEOs generally don`t know all the firearms laws.Most guys in my neighborhood shoot,and none of the houses are 100 yds apart.Never had a problem with the Paulding LEOs when they came.They have to answer a complaint call.There are several career cops in my family,and some aren`t always up-to-date on the laws.My brother attended a seminar on Ga firearms law required by his PD.The instructor`s material all came from GaCarry.Org.,as these guys are the most knowledgeable.

I have searched with no answer on the city's law or even Paulding County's law on how far away from a neighbors house you have to be to shoot a gun. I read 50 yards from a public road and some city's require 400/500 feet from surrounding houses. Does anyone know what it is for Temple? Thanks for any help.

Contact City Hall. The county will probably not know what the city ordinances are.

Most cities have a "no fire arm discharge in city limits, except for ones defence.
