Absolutely no one on here loves that show (at least the first three seasons) more than me. Or knows as much trivia. That’s a fact, Jack.
I loved Miss Ellie so much that my nurses actually contacted her. They sent her a photo of her from the show. She autographed it for me and included a personal message to me. It’s framed and displayed in my reloading room (as well as a picture of John Wayne).
If you ever get depressed or need a “pick me up,” just watch an old Andy Griffith Show rerun. You’ll feel better 😊
