Looks kind of cool. I'm a sucker for such items, but this one could have some real practical use. I do wonder what the price tag will be. Probably not too much, I'm thinking, but you never know if F&S is reviewing it...They seem to marvel in their own magnificence by reviewing items that cost a working man an arm and a leg these days. Still, if modestly priced I would jump, because I am their huckleberry (sucker) for such things.

No worries, that fiberglass handle will last forever.
Our Scout Troop was buying 7-8 axes a year until I replaced them with fiberglass... boys are no match for that.

For backpacking the hollow handled Fiskars are lighter weight.
