I just used the G19 because thats what I have but take any service sized pistol. What stopping power? The G20 (10mm) Glock as 15 rounds and is about the same size as a G17. No offense but to say that a revolver is the best handgun is foolish.

Its all good brother. I will use mine you use yours. I'm sure we will both stay safe. For the unexperienced shooter I still say a revolver is the best way to defend your self. If your a seasoned shooter and have thousands of rounds down range you are going to be affective with damn near any weapon. The other side is its all an assumption until your having to deal with that type of situation. It's not like shooting paper. Stress will make people do stupid things. Again any weapon is better than none.

Unless you can see in the dark you need a light for threat identification, either handheld or weapon mounted. Handheld is going to take up your free hand so I hope you don't have to open a door or hold your kids hand or something. And then theres the matter of only having 6 rounds. Another point to keep in mind is that for home defense ideally you'd want to attach a suppressor to your handgun. Never seen a suppressed revolver.

Lol I'm not going to argue with you. But I've got a hell of a lot more faith in my 357 or 44 mag stopping a perp with one shot than a 9. My 357 has a 8 round cylinder so I'll be fine. But like I said to each their own.

I get sick of hearing it myself. I personally prefer the sunrise of a 5 foot muzzle blast lol
