i finally got to someone who admitted it isn't their equipment, got full refund plus $10 off per month for 6 months

The thing I hated most about using Comcast was the monthly forensic accounting required to see where the extra $14 one month, $20.79 the next, was getting tacked onto my bill. They just put shytte on there to see if I'd pay it. They hadn't met "the Scottsman." I finally tired of it in 2012. It took an hour a month to get the charge knocked off plus a small credit for my aggravation and I realized I was still "losing" money. My hourly bill rate was many many multiples of the extra charges so I just fired their arses and went to AT&T DSL. Much slower but I know what my bill is going to be from one month to the next. **** Comcast!

Yes, it balances out. Our connection is pretty slow but at least it works. We stream a ton and have a ton of devices on it. The only complaint I get is from my kids and they're Xbox/Play Station gripes, which I couldn't care less about. Almost forgot, **** Comcast.

I never had any problems with AT&T when we had it in Fort Valley. We streamed Netflix and Hulu constantly and never had a glitch. I wish they serviced this area.

Service is reliable in Macon although they haven't upgraded the lines in my neighborhood in more than twenty years (no U-verse in my 'hood and no plans to upgraaaiiiddd).
