Just FYI. Ellis posted a new gun run in Alabama October 23rd. Looks close enough to attend. Mark your calendars. Always good to have the ODT and Georgia boys representing.

I put Ellis in touch with this contact in Dothan as we are industry colleagues. He bought the land for hunting as well as to rent it out to off-roaders for mud bogging as the property is swampy. I was going to go with Ellis to visit the property but as usual lately, work got in the way. When I explained to the property owner what a Run and Gun was his eyes lit up immediately. He is an avid, and accomplished, long range and pistol shooter himself so he became very interested in the idea. His first words were, "I am not sure my property would work because it is so swampy and wet." When I told him that's exactly what we are looking for, he was ready to go. Ellis did confirm after the visit that it indeed will be a very messy one. Not sure how the R&G will be setup, but I also know that property has a spot to get out beyond 1,000, so I assume we will have a legitimate long range stage as well.
