It's not really paranoid. Wondering why the DNR is using a third party service like google while they have their own website that is always used for data collection may be just a matter of curiosity but it's a valid question. By the way, it looks like that link is for the landowner/farmer registration only and if you click on the hunters tab you'll be transferred to docs.google again.

All I know is when that email came out on the very day I signed up for it there were 2 black helicopters flying around my place near the Jasper airport that same night. My neighbor that works for the gov said it was just the Army boys from over in Dahlonega training but he's probably one of them. He always wears a dark suit to work and I've seen those mirrored sunglasses on the dash in that black SUV he drives.
